Hej! My name is Anna and I am excited to see you here! You can find out more about me here.

If you are time conscious and trying to find a better work-life balance, you have come to the right place. My yoga classes are open for all bodies, whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a while and my aim is to provide a comfortable and open space for everyone.

I offer functional alignment & theme-based yoga classes in-person in Meath & Kildare, and online at a time that suits you. I would love to see you for the live classes online but I know how hard it can be to manage the time, all classes are therefore recorded and available to you as on-demand.

With me, you can book group classes as well as private/semi-private classes. If you can’t find what you are looking for make sure to reach out to me.

ABOUT MY CLASSES

From the Yang-side to the Yin-side

My yang style (Hatha and Vinyasa) classes are inspired by the connectivity to your breath, how the poses feel in your body and and using movement as a form of meditation.Always with a focus on functional (alignment) where all poses can be tailored to suit your own unique body.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a complementary practice to the more active (yang) styles of yoga, other exercise or sport where we usually use our muscles. Yin is the opposite. Here we focus on our connective tissue and as we hold the poses longer in a relaxed, relatively still state (five minutes or more) it gives us ample time for much needed introspection. As with all styles of yoga, yin can work on all four dimensions of the body.

Physically (yin targets our connective tissues/fascia, bones and joints), energetically (enhance qi or prana flow and remove blockages in the meridian channels), emotionally (creates a space for introspection and self-awareness) and mentally (opportunity for meditation and more mindfulness while you marinate in the poses).

MY STORY

My Yoga Journey

I teach Yin yoga as well as Hatha & Vinyasa both with a functional approach often incorporated with yoga philosophy or current themes to take the practice beyond the physical. All classes are built around the uniqueness of you, the student and are always available for beginners. My aim is for my students to really get in tune with their own bodies, to develop tools to slow down, stress less and become more resilient. And more importantly, it’s a time for you to get to know you.
